Chief of Staff (Non-Technical)

High-impact, cross-functional role partnering with company leadership to keep execution moving and stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal execution by tracking key initiatives and ensuring timely follow-through
• Coordinate customer meetings, manage action items, and drive follow-ups
• Manage LinkedIn presence and support conference/marketing readiness
• Prepare quarterly stakeholder and investor updates, including coordination of follow-ups
• Work with vendors to manage back-office operations and administrative functions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, Executive Operations, or similar cross-functional role
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong execution mindset; ability to independently drive initiatives to completion
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a startup environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting external communications (e.g., LinkedIn, conferences)
• Experience preparing investor/stakeholder updates
