Role Overview

Chief of Staff, GTM & Business Operations at Onehouse—serving as a force multiplier for the CEO and helping scale the company through its next growth phase. This cross-functional role blends go-to-market execution, CEO-level strategic and operational support, external customer/partner representation, and general business operations.

Responsibilities

GTM Operations & Execution

Own day-to-day go-to-market operational execution
Align sales and marketing plans
Monitor CRM health and improve pipeline efficiency
Support deal execution (pricing, approvals, forecasting, late-stage deal support)
Ensure clean data, consistent processes, and predictable execution

Chief of Staff to CEO

Act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO: prioritize initiatives, prep for key meetings, and drive follow-through
Prepare board decks, executive readouts, and leadership materials
Analyze business metrics and synthesize insights for decision-making
Coordinate cross-functional projects without clear owners

External Representation & Deal Support

Represent Onehouse credibly with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Join customer/partner meetings and clearly articulate Onehouse value to help deals move to closure

Business Operations & Special Projects

Handle business-side tasks such as contract redlining and drafting press releases/announcements
Identify operational gaps and fix them directly or define needed roles/processes
Drive execution on high-priority, ambiguous projects critical to growth

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, consulting, or early-stage startup operations
Hands-on go-to-market operations experience, including CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), pipeline management, and sales/marketing alignment
Experience working closely with a CEO/executive team, including board preparation and strategic execution
Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and recommendations
Exceptional written and verbal communication

Location / Work Pattern

In-person: 4 days per week at headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA
