Chief of Staff

Role Overview

Chief of Staff at Luzid, working closely with the founder to help run the company. This is a strategic, full-stack role that blends setting direction with hands-on execution—not an assistant position.

Responsibilities

• Be the founder’s right hand: attend key meetings and decision-making conversations; build context to act on the founder’s behalf and take real work off their plate.
• Keep the company running: own the operating rhythm, including planning cycles, preparation, follow-through, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
• Own cross-functional problem solving: take charge of issues that don’t belong to a single team; diagnose root causes, drive resolutions, and implement lasting fixes.
• Improve decision-making and internal processes: create analyses and briefings to help the team move quickly; strengthen internal processes used across the company.

Requirements

• Full-stack operator mindset: comfortable setting strategy and doing hands-on work to execute.
• High organization and ability to manage multiple threads without dropping them.
• Analytical and numbers-comfortable with good business instincts.
• Clear communicator with strong writing and speaking; trusted internally.
• High ownership and proactive gap-closing.
• 2+ years in consulting, banking, an operating role at a high-growth startup, or comparable experience.
