About the role

Role Overview

Luzid is hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founder to help run the company. This is a strategic, full-stack role—setting direction and also rolling up your sleeves to execute. It is not an assistant position.

Responsibilities

  • Be the founder’s right hand: attend key meetings and conversations, build context, and take meaningful work off the founder’s plate.
  • Run the company’s operating rhythm: own planning cycles, preparation, follow-through, and ensure commitments get completed.
  • Resolve cross-functional problems: tackle issues that don’t belong to any single team, drive them to resolution, and prevent recurrence.
  • Improve decision-making and internal processes: prepare analyses and briefings so the founder and team can move quickly and well; strengthen the internal processes everyone relies on.

Requirements

  • Experience as a full-stack operator (strategy + hands-on execution).
  • Ridiculously organized with the ability to manage many concurrent threads.
  • Sharp analytical skills with comfort working with numbers and business instincts.
  • Clear communication: strong writing and speaking; people trust your communication.
  • High ownership: proactive problem detection and closure without being asked.
  • 2+ years in consulting, banking, or an operating role at a high-growth startup (or comparable).

Additional Notes

  • Visa sponsorship available for candidates based in the United States (H-1B and O-1).
