About the role

Role overview

Kira is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive AI Neobank app expansion across products, markets, and teams. This is a senior execution role focused on aligning leadership, running operating cadence, solving cross-functional problems, and translating strategy into measurable progress.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank app priorities.
Build and manage operating rhythm, including:
- OKRs
- leadership updates
- decision tracking and accountability
Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
Prepare decision memos and board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early to prevent blockers.
Help leadership make sharper trade-offs across people, capital, product, and market priorities.
Own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams.
Excellent judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
Ability to work directly with founders/CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance.
Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality.
Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Startup experience and/or background in consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is a strong advantage.
