About the role
Role Overview
Chief of Staff for a healthcare technology firm. You will support the CEO and leadership team by keeping the highest-priority work on track, preparing leadership for key engagements, and driving cross-functional outcomes through influence.
Key Responsibilities
- CEO Operating Cadence & Meeting Readiness: Prepare the CEO for internal/external engagements (e.g., board, customers, partners) including pre-reads, agendas, and decision memos.
- Enterprise Program Management: Run end-to-end high-priority cross-functional programs such as integrations, product launches, and go-to-market execution.
- Ambiguity to Execution: Own initiatives that are initially unstructured and drive them to clear resolution.
- Accountability & Risk Mitigation: Ensure project owners stay aligned and accountable to timelines; manage dependencies and surface operational risks early.
- Cross-Entity & Global Transformation: Drive transformation programs across teams and regions (including US/India), translating company OKRs into structured program plans with milestones and accountability.
Requirements
- 3–6 years max of management consulting experience.
- In-house experience at a healthcare firm is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Up to $250k all-in + equity (posting also references up to $225k all-in + equity).
Location & Travel
- Remote, with travel to San Francisco, Washington DC, or New York.
