Chief of Staff

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will serve as the CEO’s right hand and force multiplier, taking ownership of high-impact, end-to-end strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-moving AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Run strategic end-to-end projects for the CEO, including growth, fundraising, hiring, and expansion
• Work directly with customers to drive success across onboarding, activation, and support
• Build operational infrastructure including processes, automations, and tools for scaling to the next 1000 customers
• Deeply understand the product and propose/specify improvements continuously
• Lead special projects such as growth initiatives, events, and recruiting
• Support aggressive revenue goals, including helping 10x revenue over the next 3 months

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a fast-paced operations environment (e.g., startups, consulting, banking)
• Proven ability to build, launch, and drive results on tight timelines
• Ability to bring order to ambiguity: structure messy problems into plans
• Exceptional communication and strong ability to navigate high-conflict situations with tact
• Creative, proactive mindset to accelerate output while maintaining quality
• Low-ego, hands-on approach, including taking on support and urgent issues as needed

Bonus

• Background in high-intensity environments (consulting, banking, startup, sport, military)
• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Ability to use AI to increase output without lowering standards
