Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize the executive leadership agenda
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and executive-level stakeholder correspondence
- Ensure follow-through on key decisions and action items
- Oversee special projects spanning investment, operations, and business development
- Track progress and report outcomes
- Streamline processes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and presentations
- Analytical and financial acumen (interpreting data, supporting decisions, tracking performance metrics)
- Proven relationship management and collaboration across teams
- Sound judgment and confidentiality; ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in private equity, investment management, consulting, or related financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics (or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies
