Role Overview

Frontier Impact Fund Management is seeking a Chief of Staff for a full-time remote position supporting executive leadership. The role coordinates strategic initiatives, internal operations, and stakeholder communications across the firm.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize the executive leadership agenda
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and executive-level stakeholder correspondence
Ensure follow-through on key decisions and action items
Oversee special projects spanning investment, operations, and business development
Track progress and report outcomes
Streamline processes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Maintain clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and presentations
Analytical and financial acumen (interpreting data, supporting decisions, tracking performance metrics)
Proven relationship management and collaboration across teams
Sound judgment and confidentiality; ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Prior experience in private equity, investment management, consulting, or related financial services
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics (or related); MBA or advanced degree preferred
Comfort with digital collaboration tools and remote work technologies
