Role Overview

Chief of Staff supporting the Enterprise GM at Coursera, operating across functional teams to drive strategic alignment and organizational transformation. The Chief of Staff acts as a company-level thought partner—synthesizing insights across functions and ensuring long-term priorities are executed cohesively across the organization.

Objectives

• Support Enterprise GM multi-year strategies that drive financial performance
• Drive integration across multiple functions to align strategy, priorities, and resource allocation
• Enable sustainable operational excellence (cadence and governance)
• Shape and steer multi-function initiatives that advance Coursera’s strategy and operating model
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to support company and org-level priorities
• Proactively identify and address systemic organizational challenges impacting multiple functions

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives across functions to move strategic priorities forward
• Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives
• Synthesize and communicate insights for executive-level decision-making
• Help design connective systems that improve clarity, consistency, and foresight during a period of scale
