Chief of Staff, Commercial Strategy at deep-tech AI infrastructure startup

Role Overview

Support the CEO of a well-funded deep-tech AI infrastructure startup by driving commercial strategy and high-stakes partnerships. This high-leverage “bridge” role translates complex technical work into executive-ready narratives and accelerates growth through rigorous market and deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end preparation for CEO-led commercial meetings (briefing notes, agendas, and stakeholder research)
• Create executive materials (pitch decks, memos, and tailored documents) that communicate technical concepts to commercial audiences
• Manage the commercial operating cadence by tracking deal pipelines and ensuring follow-through on strategic partnerships
• Conduct deep-market research to inform growth strategy and strategic alignment across global stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-paced commercial strategy / business development role
• Exceptional storytelling ability, with a track record of executive-level decks and written communications for diverse audiences
• Strong analytical rigor and learning agility to quickly master complex markets (e.g., AI infrastructure and hardware)
