Role Overview

Chief of Staff, Commercial Strategy for a deep-tech AI infrastructure startup. You will partner closely with the CEO to shape the company’s commercial trajectory by driving commercial strategy, high-stakes partnerships, and executive-ready narratives bridging technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in scaling the business by driving commercial strategy and strategic partnership execution.
• Prepare for CEO-led commercial meetings (briefing notes, agendas, and stakeholder research).
• Create executive-level pitch decks, memos, and tailored materials translating complex technical concepts into compelling commercial narratives.
• Manage the commercial operating cadence: track deal pipelines and ensure rigorous follow-through on strategic partnerships.
• Conduct deep-market research to accelerate growth and improve strategic alignment across global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-paced commercial strategy / business development role.
• Strong storytelling and communications skills; ability to produce executive-level decks and written materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical rigor and learning agility to quickly master complex markets such as AI infrastructure and hardware.

Nice to Have

• Experience directly translating technical/engineering concepts into commercial strategy and partnership narratives.
