Role: Chief of Staff, Commercial Strategy

Support the CEO of a well-funded deep-tech AI infrastructure startup to scale through commercial strategy and high-stakes partnerships. This is a high-leverage “bridge” role connecting technical depth with commercial execution and executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end preparation for CEO-led commercial meetings (briefing notes, agendas, stakeholder research).
• Create executive-ready materials (pitch decks, memos, tailored narratives) that translate complex technical concepts into commercial messages.
• Manage commercial operating cadence: track deal pipelines and ensure rigorous follow-through on strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-paced commercial strategy / business development role.
• Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce executive-level decks and written communications for diverse audiences.
• High analytical rigor and learning agility to quickly master complex markets (e.g., AI infrastructure and hardware).
