Chief of Staff

Role Overview

Arlyn AI is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with founders, engineers, and researchers. This early-stage role is highly cross-functional, with responsibilities spanning go-to-market, product/project coordination, operations, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to help shape the go-to-market strategy
• Prepare materials for sales meetings and support account-based marketing
• Act as a product manager / project manager, coordinating between engineering, AI research, and business teams
• Analyze data and support client requests
• Step into gaps across hiring, GTM, fundraising, product, and operational tasks (including hands-on work)
• Create and refine pitch decks, investor updates, and board communications
• Ensure priorities are clear and that projects move quickly across functions

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in finance, consulting, or operations at an early-stage startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL knowledge preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
• STEM degree preferred
• Strong communication skills; comfortable with investors, partners, and clients
• Highly organized and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Experience supporting early-stage startup GTM, fundraising, or product execution

Compensation & Location

• Cash compensation: $155,000 - $235,000 plus equity grants
• Unlimited PTO and employee benefits package
• Hudson Yards, NYC: on-site 3 days/week; relocation support if needed
