Role Overview

Chief of Staff & Business Operations (Founder’s Office / BizOps) at Lisner.ai. You’ll be the founder’s right hand and the connective tissue across the company—turning scattered priorities into operating systems while driving fundraising operations and special projects that bridge functions.

Responsibilities

Business Operations & Founder’s Office

• Own the company’s operating cadence (weekly priorities, OKRs, metrics dashboard, and board-prep materials)
• Build lightweight internal processes and tooling to scale without chaos
• Act as the founder’s force multiplier: anticipate needs, unblock work, and drive follow-through

Market & Clinical Research

• Lead market and competitive research and synthesize findings into decisions
• Conduct clinical-supervisor and provider-segment research (tool stacks, mindsets, recruiting angles) to inform GTM and product

Special Projects

• Run cross-partnership and operational special projects
• Coordinate with vendors and handle legal/operational coordination as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, banking, startup operations, chief-of-staff, or founding/BizOps roles
• Exceptional structure, judgment, and written communication
• Strong generalist comfortable context-switching across finance, operations, GTM, and research
• High ownership; thrives in ambiguity and moves fast

Bonus Points

• MBA or equivalent operating experience
• Prior startup/founding-team experience or exposure to fundraising
• Comfort with cap tables, financial models, and investor materials; interest in healthcare/AI

Compensation & Structure

Senior founding-team hire with equity-forward compensation (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) plus cash as the seed round closes. Open to starting as a 2nd-year MBA project/fellowship that can convert to full-time.

Location / Working Model

Remote in the US or India with flexible hours and some US overlap for fundraising and partner work.
