Role: Chief of Staff — AI Neobank App

Senior execution role supporting BJAK’s AI neobank app expansion across products, markets, and teams.

What you’ll own

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank app priorities
• Build and manage operating rhythm, including:
  • OKRs
  • leadership updates
  • decision tracking and accountability
• Coordinate major workstreams across Product, Engineering, Licensing, Market Expansion, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations
• Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early to prevent blockers
• Help leadership make sharper trade-offs across people, capital, product, and market priorities
• Own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority

What we’re looking for

• Strong operator experienced in strategic execution across teams
• Excellent judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through
• Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance
• Strong ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed execution without losing quality
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Startup, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech/financial services, or regional expansion experience is a plus
