- Deep hands-on expertise in large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, data platforms, APIs, event-driven systems, and high-availability production environments.
- Production experience with AI/ML, optimization, decisioning, forecasting, or other data-intensive products.
- Ability to modernize large production systems incrementally while maintaining uptime, backward compatibility, customer trust, and engineering velocity.
- Strong understanding of observability, incident response, performance engineering, reliability architecture, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
- Experience designing and scaling mission-critical multi-tenant SaaS for enterprise customers.
- Strong communication skills with engineering teams, executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.
- Cloud platform experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Nice to have / additional skills
- Experience with backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Scala, or similar.
