Change Manager (USA Remote)

Role Overview

Lead adoption and organizational change activities across large-scale finance transformation engagements, supporting user adoption throughout EPM/CPM implementation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead change management strategies for large-scale EPM/CPM programmes
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
• Perform change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across the programme lifecycle
• Partner with project/programme leadership to align change work with delivery milestones
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate resistance to change as needed
• Support the design and delivery of end-user training materials and adoption resources
• Establish change metrics and reporting to track adoption and embed sustainable ways of working
• Mentor junior change resources and contribute to change management best practices within the practice

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Change Manager in a consultancy environment delivering large-scale system/finance transformation implementations
• Experience applying structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, and executive audiences
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training design skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced delivery environment

Nice to Have

• Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
• Experience supporting EPM/CPM, ERP, or other large-scale enterprise system implementations
• Willingness to travel as required
