About the role

Role Overview

Change Manager (USA - Remote) to lead adoption and organisational change activity across large-scale finance transformation engagements, particularly within EPM/CPM and OneStream programmes.

Responsibilities

Design and lead change management strategies for large-scale EPM/CPM implementation programmes
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans to drive user adoption
Perform change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across the programme lifecycle
Partner with project/programme leadership to align change activity with delivery milestones
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and resistance to change as needed
Support the design and delivery of end-user training materials and adoption resources
Define change metrics and reporting to track adoption and embed sustainable ways of working
Mentor junior change resources and contribute to change management best practices within the practice

Requirements

Proven experience as a Change Manager in a consultancy environment delivering large-scale system or finance transformation implementations
Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder management skills across finance, IT, and executive audiences
Excellent communication, facilitation, and training design skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment

Nice to Have

Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
Experience with EPM/CPM, ERP, or other enterprise system implementations
Willingness to travel as required
