Change Management Consultant

Role Overview

Change Management Consultant to support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. You will work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to drive adoption, manage change activities, and ensure business outcomes are achieved—remotely in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy across technology programs
• Identify, map, and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems
• Define adoption KPIs and measurement frameworks to track success
• Design and execute communication strategies and messaging plans
• Develop and deliver training and enablement for end users
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership and teams
• Create and manage change assets (communications, training materials, and plans)
• Drive adoption activities through discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases
• Support UAT, pilot programs, and go-live readiness activities
• Partner with technical teams to align change with delivery
• Track, analyze, and report adoption metrics and outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure successful transformation results

Requirements

• 3+ years of change management experience in technology-driven transformations
• Experience supporting enterprise implementations, specifically SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to execute the change lifecycle from strategy through measurement
• Strong knowledge of structured change management methods, especially ADKAR
• Client-facing consulting experience in dynamic environments
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results independently
• Experience managing stakeholders in large organizations
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills

Preferred

• PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent change management certification
