Role Overview
Central Study Coordinator – Retention (CSC-R) combines clinical research coordination and participant/patient education to deliver a strong participant experience for program participants, primarily the Future of Medicine program.
Responsibilities
- Act as a virtual partner to program participants, supporting engagement and retention.
- Provide patient education and guidance to help participants understand their health and the study/program.
- Deliver a positive customer/participant experience across interactions.
Requirements
- Clinical research and/or participant coordination experience (implied by the role’s focus).
