(CDI) Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer

Role overview

Join Dipli as a Senior DevSecOps & Platform Engineer. You’ll help ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the platform while contributing both to infrastructure automation and security and to backend feature development.

Key missions

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Platform.sh and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, security checks, and deployments; integrate security into the software lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain backend features and services (primarily PHP and Symfony) and contribute to technical decisions around infrastructure, architecture, and operational strategy.
• Evolve the infrastructure and developer platform to support modern engineering practices, including automation and AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across DevOps/DevSecOps, infrastructure engineering, and software development.
• Strong experience with PHP and cloud environments, preferably GCP.
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure standards and tooling.
• Proven ability to implement security practices for cloud and application environments.
• Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, GKE).
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability.
• Experience with high-traffic platforms and marketplaces/e-commerce environments.
• Interest in developer platforms and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Interest in building secure and scalable data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; English required (interactions are in English).

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with secure data pipelines and modern developer platform concepts.
• Experience with marketplaces/e-commerce scale and operational rigor.
