Role overview

Join Elastic International as a Business Strategy Developer (International) (Business Development/Strategy). You’ll work with senior leaders to shape and execute growth strategy across international markets, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Key missions

• Align and execute strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders, from concept through execution.
• Perform financial and profitability analyses (business valuations, financial modeling) to turn strategy into actionable plans.
• Develop and implement initiatives that improve revenue and operational efficiency, moving key metrics in tangible ways.
• Define and track KPIs to measure progress and guide decision-making.

Requirements

• Curiosity and drive; you don’t need to have all the answers—strong problem-solving mindset is essential.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, comfortable working in spreadsheets and explaining insights with data.
• 2–5 years of experience in a consulting firm (Tech sector) or in a SaaS corporate sales strategy internal function.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the technology market, including enterprise software and SaaS growth dynamics.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to operate at both high-level and detail-oriented execution.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top business school.
