Business Strategy Developer (International)

Role overview

Join Elastic International as a Business Strategy Developer (International) / Business Development Consultant. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape and execute international growth strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams, analyzing opportunities, and driving initiatives that improve both revenue and operational efficiency.

Key missions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
• Perform financial analysis, business valuation and profitability assessments to turn strategy into concrete actions.
• Develop and implement initiatives that tangibly increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets and communicating insights with data).
• Strategic clarity with the ability to operate at both high-level and tactical/detail levels.
• 2–5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a SaaS corporate sales strategy function.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the technology market, including enterprise software and SaaS growth dynamics.
• Curiosity and drive; you don’t need all the answers yet.

Nice to have

• MBA (or equivalent advanced degree) from a top business school.
