About the role

Role Overview

The Business Operations Oversight Analyst provides first-line oversight for Enterprise Business Operations Services (EBOS) related to regulatory deliverables, reporting, and audit coordination. You’ll monitor execution, identify risks, and ensure timely, accurate responses to regulatory and audit requirements while partnering with business teams on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze operational deliverables and data reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions
  • Interpret evolving regulatory requirements and compare them to current processes to recommend process updates; communicate recommendations to cross-functional leadership and support implementations
  • Own end-to-end audit response activities, including:
    • Evaluating auditor requests
    • Coordinating with stakeholders (e.g., EBOS, Payment Integrity, UM, health plans) to fulfill requests
    • Reviewing and approving audit documentation from stakeholders and ensuring final submission quality
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to mitigate compliance risks and improve operational effectiveness
  • Identify compliance risks and lead targeted operational audits and control reviews for risk mitigation
  • Advise business stakeholders on new/emerging trends from regulatory reviews and audit results
  • Consult on remediation of findings related to regulatory non-compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of compliance, regulatory, or related experience
  • Experience with auditing and reporting processes, action plans, and compliance training

Compensation & Work Model

  • Pay range: $56,200 - $101,000 per year (adjusted based on skills/experience/education and other legal factors)
  • Flexible approach to work with options for remote, hybrid, field, or office schedules
