Business Intelligence Analyst II (Remote)

Role Overview

Business Intelligence Analyst II (Remote) at Vitu. You will work with business groups to translate requirements into value-added solutions, acting as an organizer, facilitator, analyst, and problem solver. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and clear communication with business owners, users, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documents, requirements, issues, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and system enhancements.
• Conduct analysis to identify business process gaps, system inadequacies, departmental/user issues, and business performance/revenue and marketplace analytics (including competitor analysis).
• Propose process and systems improvement recommendations aligned to business goals, using best practices.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of CMS applications, customer needs, and Vitu business units.
• Communicate with leadership about scope impacts, including implications to management and the team.
• Ensure appropriate project/user documentation is produced and used.
• Manage individual workload, help define/prioritize tasks, and support multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ensure analytical work follows established business/department standards and protocols.
• Travel may be required; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent combination such as 5 years in a related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations and training for individuals and larger audiences.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated experience with system analysis and business literacy.
• Emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in relevant functional areas.
• Exposure to multiple database technologies and reporting tools.
• Smartsheet work management experience.
• Experience with Workforce Management or other business intelligence tools.
