Business Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supporting clinical and operational reporting for a PE-backed healthcare services organization. This is a Power BI–first, stakeholder-facing analytics role focused on delivering executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Translate business and leadership requirements into clear, scalable reporting solutions
• Modernize and convert legacy reports into Power BI and Tableau
• Create interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI visualizations
• Own publishing, refresh schedules, QA, and continuous improvements
• Work with large EMR/EHR-derived datasets (with data engineering support for pipelines)
• Partner with analytics leadership and data engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of BI, analytics, or reporting experience
• Strong Power BI development experience (front-end focused)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable partnering with business and leadership stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, CS, or related field

Nice to haves

• Strong Tableau skills (explicitly requested in the screening summary)

Location & schedule

• Fully remote, with EST or CST work hours required

Compensation

• $90,000–$120,000 total compensation range
