Role Overview

Business Intelligence Analyst / Analytics Engineer (Hybrid | USA Remote)

You will bridge data infrastructure and RevOps business strategy by building production data models, orchestrating pipelines, and translating insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders. This role supports a migration from Alteryx to dbt and expands analytics with AI/LLMs for predictive use cases.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Migration: Lead migration of legacy workflows from Alteryx to dbt, delivering high-quality, documented, and tested models as a single source of truth.
• Orchestration & Pipelines: Build and monitor reliable data pipelines using Dagster or Airflow within an Amazon Redshift warehouse.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Translation: Serve as the primary liaison between technical data structures and non-technical leaders; communicate ROI and business impact clearly.
• AI & Advanced Analytics: Explore and implement AI/LLM capabilities to improve data discovery and predictive analytics; apply Machine Learning with Amazon SageMaker to use cases like churn prediction and lead scoring.
• RevOps Strategy Support: Enable initiatives such as ABM (Account Based Marketing) and Customer Health scoring using Tableau and global KPI visibility.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related data role.
• Production-grade dbt experience building and maintaining data models.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Amazon Redshift (the posting cuts off after “or Sno…”).
