Business Development Representative

Role overview

Join QuickNode as a Business Development Representative responsible for the top of the sales funnel. You’ll engage Web3-native teams, help customers unlock value from QuickNode’s platform, and build strong inbound/outbound sales and qualification skills in a fast-evolving Web3 environment.

Key missions

• Engage inbound PLG leads by identifying relevant signals and running strategic outbound prospecting to Web3-native teams.
• Qualify inbound leads from blockchain projects, DAO contributors, NFT communities, and other decentralized organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine PLG-driven messaging and expansion strategies across different Web3 verticals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales/business development experience (ideally in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, developer tools, or SaaS with PLG).
• Strong interest in Web3 and understanding of major ecosystems such as Ethereum, Solana, L2s, and emerging protocols.
• Track record in outbound sales, inbound qualification, or demand generation.
• Familiarity with PLG motions (self-serve to enterprise) and understanding of triggers such as usage limits, multi-team adoption, and support needs.
• Curious, eager-to-learn mindset and desire to help shape Web3 product-led sales.
• Proficiency with sales and crypto-native tools including Slack, Discord, Telegram, Salesforce, Outreach, Dune, and Etherscan.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and with globally distributed teams.

Nice to haves

• Experience working with blockchain foundations, Layer 1/L2 chains, or ecosystem teams.
