About the role
Role Overview
Join Medius as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive net new revenue growth. You will prospect new customers, identify sales opportunities, and set up discovery meetings and demos for account executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers and build outreach strategies to uncover sales opportunities.
- Perform high-volume prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads.
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for account executives.
- Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
- Educate prospective companies on the benefits of AP Automation.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Driven and positive with a track record of success in prospecting/lead generation.
- Must live in the Netherlands to be eligible for the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or related field, or equivalent experience in lead generation/cold calling/networking/external outreach.
