Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Reverse Contact, you help drive revenue growth by engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and creating qualified opportunities. You’ll work across inbound, self-serve, and outbound pipelines, with success measured by the quality and speed of the opportunities you generate.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound demand and active prospects into qualified revenue opportunities with speed, clarity, and minimal friction.
- Turn engagement into qualified opportunities from inbound, self-serve, and outbound pipelines.
- Run fast discovery to confirm:
- ICP fit
- use case
- buying intent and urgency
- best next step
Requirements
- Enjoy talking to prospects and understanding real business problems.
- Comfortable selling using phone and async workflows.
- Ability to qualify quickly and disqualify even faster.
- Structured, organized, and disciplined in CRM.
- Motivated to learn a technical product (data, APIs, B2B SaaS).
- Resilient and able to handle rejection.
- Fast learner who improves through doing.
Compensation
- Fixed + variable model
- OTE: €40,000 – €78,000 (performance-based)
Growth
- Work closely with AEs and leadership.
- Strong performers may grow into an AE or other senior revenue roles in less than 1 year.
