About the role

Role Overview

Business Development Manager at Zephyr Technologies, responsible for expanding the company’s footprint across the U.S. and Mexico. The role is remote and highly autonomous, centered on building strong relationships with OEM engineering and procurement teams and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, ODMs, and EMS providers
Partner with engineering and procurement teams to understand customer needs
Provide design support and optimized supply chain strategies
Focus on high-potential opportunities and discern genuine prospects from distractions
Drive meaningful, relationship-led growth in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

5+ years of business development experience in the electronics industry
Background ideally in electronics distribution or as a manufacturer’s representative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven execution of successful development strategies
Goal-oriented, focused work style
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Engineering degree is a plus

Nice to Haves / Preferred

Experience in the Southern California market
Experience serving industrial, consumer, and power sectors
