Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Business Development Manager – North America (US) | Remote Lead expansion across the United States by driving enterprise sales growth for Unison Direct’s finance solutions and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue growth across the North American market.
• Develop and execute the US go-to-market strategy.
• Generate, qualify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, CEOs/Founders, and key ecosystem partners including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Family Offices, and CPA firms.
• Lead strategic sales conversations from discovery through contract execution.
• Collaborate with India-based Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop strategic partnerships that create long-term opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Represent Unison Direct at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings (travel as required).
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand existing client relationships.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Revenue Leadership.
• Proven success selling professional services, especially in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, consulting, IT services, or Business Process Outsourcing.
• Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and executive communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
