Role overview

Business Development Manager to build and expand Fusion Worldwide’s sales presence across North America. You’ll develop relationships with Fortune 500 companies by prospecting, networking, and identifying key decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by managing existing customer relationships, prospecting new customers, and growing business within accounts
  • Interact with prospects via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits
  • Navigate large accounts to find and engage key decision makers
  • Collaborate with customers and the marketing team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity
  • Educate customers on the electronic components market to improve efficiency and support supply chain needs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in the electronic components industry
  • Proven record of success/achievement in prior sales roles
  • High-energy, persistent, entrepreneurial sales mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year university)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
