About the role

Role Overview

Join Zama as Business Development Lead for TokenOps. You will drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and execute marketing initiatives, working closely with the CEO to bridge commercial needs with product and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from acquisition to activation, including qualification and expansion.
Evangelize the product and collaborate with the CEO to help close deals.
Build strategic partnerships and run co-marketing collaborations to expand TokenOps reach.
Work with leadership on strategic projects and help connect commercial efforts with product/engineering.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in growth, business development, or sales (startup, management consulting, or founder/operator roles). Pattern-matching is valued over a specific career path.
Hands-on experience with paid and organic acquisition (running ad campaigns and/or creating content that drives traffic).
Comfortable in a small, fast-moving startup; self-directed and effective under uncertainty.
Strong communication and structuring/presentation skills (able to write memos, build decks, and run meetings to decision).
AI-first workflows: building processes around tools like Claude/ChatGPT/Cursor/n8n and expecting augmentation without outsourcing judgment.
Strong written and spoken native-like English.
Bonus: experience/network in Web3; exposure to FHE, ZK, MPC, or confidential computing (or willingness to go deep).

Nice-to-Haves

Post-secondary education (encouraged even for slightly less experienced candidates) and top-class education/experience.
Additional languages, especially Asian languages.
