Business Analyst

Role Overview

The partner company is hiring a Business Analyst based in the United States to connect business objectives with Microsoft 365-based IT solutions. You’ll work with business leaders and technical teams to analyze needs, document requirements, improve operations, and support technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs in Microsoft 365 environments and provide recommendations for ongoing projects, implementations, and service improvements.
• Bridge stakeholders and technical/delivery teams to ensure alignment between business goals and execution.
• Gather, document, and analyze functional requirements, user needs, workflows, and stakeholder impacts.
• Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and meetings with subject matter experts to collect information and produce project documentation.
• Create executive-ready documentation and assets, including:
  • Business requirement documents, user guides, onboarding materials
  • Process documentation and operational artifacts
• Prepare polished presentations and communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support standardized solutions (e.g., playbooks, case studies) to improve service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements using data analysis and technology adoption.
• Produce deliverables when needed, such as:
  • Business process models
  • RACI matrices
  • UI wireframes
  • Functional workflows
• Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and adoption strategies.
• Participate in RFP/RFI reviews by analyzing requirements and contributing business insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting IT projects (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and experience using it to support projects and stakeholder communication.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into daily workflows to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative processes/systems/solutions.
• Strong understanding of business domains and user needs; adaptive problem-solving.
• Experience producing executive presentations and detailed requirements/business analysis deliverables.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Experience with RACI matrices, process workflows, and user experience documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Comfort creating UI wireframes and functional workflows when required (not explicitly stated as mandatory).
