About the role
Role Overview
You will help drive a brand-new enterprise planning and forecasting platform by translating supply chain and commercial data into actionable business intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial operations and supports a growing retail leader.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical Super User for the enterprise forecasting and planning platform, supporting system optimization and user adoption.
- Architect and build dashboards and analytical views for real-time visibility into:
- Sales
- Stock
- Supply chain trends
- Lead end-to-end testing and validation of system changes, ensuring data integrity and performance improvements before go-live.
- Document business processes and map data flows across cross-functional systems to remove operational bottlenecks.
- Perform root-cause analysis for forecasting and replenishment issues using advanced data analysis, and recommend high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a Business Analyst role in retail or consumer goods.
- Expert-level data manipulation with strong pattern/trend/anomaly detection in large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting/planning tools and/or ERP systems (e.g., Anaplan, Blue Yonder, or similar).
- Proficiency building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or native tools).
- Proactive, process-first mindset; able to collaborate with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders.

- Experience spanning both forecasting and replenishment problem-solving in fast-paced retail environments.
