About the role

Role: Business Analyst

Concorde is seeking Business Analysts to support operational, technical, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Each role aligns to a specialization area based on your experience, including process, data/analytics, business analysis, systems integration, and strategic/cross-functional analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, define problem statements, and convert requirements into business and functional specifications.
  • Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities in efficiency and operational outcomes.
  • Document workflows, current-state and future-state process maps, and system interactions according to organizational standards.
  • Assist with project planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness activities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional discussions to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align business requirements with solution design and implementation objectives.
  • Support testing by contributing to test case development, validating requirements, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and deliver documentation such as requirement narratives, user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Monitor deployed solutions for adoption, sustainability, and expected business value.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and promote analytic, process-oriented thinking.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process evaluation in operational or technical environments.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured documentation for both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking, data-driven decision making, and structured problem solving.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and collaborating effectively across diverse groups.
  • Familiarity with business analysis frameworks, process mapping/workflow modeling, and requirements documentation standards.
  • Experience working in structured project delivery environments (Agile/iterative or waterfall).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, planning, and follow-through.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development (interest in BA best practices/certifications).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accountability.
