About the role

Role: Senior Product Designer (Builder - Product Designer)

Work with Reevo’s founding team to design an end-to-end, AI-native sales/revenue platform replacing fragmented sales tech stacks.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product design from concept through launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Conduct user research to define requirements and support product strategy toward product-market fit.
Champion users by incorporating feedback and keeping the design process customer-centered.
Prototype and iterate rapidly: create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; iterate based on user feedback and business goals.
Ensure quality with engineering, partnering closely to support correct implementation.

Requirements

Strong ability across all stages of the design process, always anchored in customer needs.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments and learning at an early stage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Uses qualitative and quantitative data to make informed design decisions.
Comfortable building and shipping, with the ability to drive delivery forward.

Nice-to-haves / Additional Signals

Experience designing for sales workflows and/or revenue operations contexts (AE/SDR workflows).
Strategic approach to prioritization and stakeholder management.
