Role Overview

As a Brand Strategy & Communication Specialist at frog (Capgemini Invent), you’ll be the strategic owner of brand storytelling—translating business objectives into compelling brand narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop brand positioning and create brand architecture and personality frameworks for new and existing brands.
Conduct brand audits, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and cultural trend mapping.
Define brand purpose and turn it into actionable communication strategies.
Present strategies clearly and confidently to internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

Strategic thinking with a flair for storytelling and conceptual development.
Strong understanding of branding and communication trends.
Basic experience with marketing tools, audience segmentation, and brand frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail and deadlines.
