About the role

Role Overview

As a Brand Designer at Tumble, you’ll shape the brand’s visual identity and create conversion-driven creative across every channel. You’ll work closely with senior leadership in an early-stages environment and balance brand storytelling with performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end brand creative output: concept and execution of photo/video and design assets across channels including website, email, paid ads, organic social, packaging, and direct mail.
  • Translate brand identity and voice into high-performing, conversion-focused creative.
  • Produce graphic design assets for web, email, social, and packaging.
  • Create motion graphics and edit social-first videos for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram (e.g., After Effects or CapCut) while staying current with trends.
  • Design mobile-optimized landing pages for different audience personas in collaboration with the growth team.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ideate and launch new creative concepts.
  • Use performance data to optimize and iterate on creative.
  • Establish and maintain design processes, templates, and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Manage organization and tagging of creative assets in the DAM system.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience designing/creating creative for DTC brands.
  • Strong portfolio showing the ability to blend brand storytelling with performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including component systems and mobile-first design.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce UX/UI best practices and conversion-focused design.
  • Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini, Google AI Studio, ElevenLabs, Claude) and willingness to continuously adopt new tools.
  • Data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and iterate.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment with multiple priorities.

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Experience in home goods, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Experience using creative analytics tools (e.g., Motion).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Replo, and Shopify Theme Builder.

Additional Info

  • Fully remote (US only).
  • Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Reports to the Senior Director of Brand and Creative.
