Brand Designer

Role Overview

As the first and only Visual Designer at Profound, you will define and drive the company’s visual direction and create high-impact design assets that help customers understand and engage with Profound’s product.

What You’ll Do

• Create polished, impactful presentations, graphics, and digital assets that communicate Profound’s vision, value, and product capabilities.
• Move quickly to deliver high-quality design on short timelines, balancing speed and excellence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Work fluidly across Google Slides and Figma, adapting designs for:
  • Sales decks
  • Marketing materials
  • Product mockups
• Maintain visual coherence across customer touchpoints and help refine/evolve brand guidelines.

Who You Are

• Maintains an extremely high bar for craft and polish with strong attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle quick turnarounds without quality tradeoffs.
• Strong presentation design skills using Google Slides and UI/design tools such as Figma.
• Can operate effectively remotely with distributed teams; role is globally remote.
• Communicates clearly about design decisions and incorporates feedback to continuously improve.
