Brand Designer

Role Overview

Pawfy is hiring a Brand Designer to join its fully remote team. You will shape and evolve the visual identity of Bettervits across every customer touchpoint—ensuring the brand looks world-class, consistent, and instantly recognizable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design brand assets across digital and print channels
• Create packaging, product labels, and supporting marketing materials
• Develop visual assets for website, email, and social media
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for consistency
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams on launches and campaigns
• Contribute ideas to strengthen brand identity and customer experience
• Ensure all creative output reflects the brand’s premium quality and values

What We’re Looking For

• Prior brand design experience, preferably in DTC, consumer goods, or e-commerce
• A strong portfolio showing branding, packaging, and digital design work
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take projects from concept to final execution
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high creative standards
• Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Bonus If You Also Have

• Experience designing packaging and print-ready artwork
• Experience with nutrition, wellness, or consumer brands
