About the role

Role overview

BMS Service Technician working within an established service team to service and maintain complex building automation systems and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

Install and commission building automation equipment
Perform timely fault analysis and rectify technical issues
Service and maintain installed equipment on existing customer sites

Requirements

5+ years experience in building controls after apprenticeship
Experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions and building mechanical services
Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration
Commercial HVAC operational experience
Strong communications and customer service skills
Strong understanding of chiller/boiler and airside plant performance/design requirements
Commitment to front-line safety identification and resolution
Electrical license or restricted electrical license (essential)
