Role Overview
Biology Research Scientist to help train AI models. You will evaluate AI chatbot responses to complex biology questions and use your biological expertise to improve model quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with complex biology questions
- Evaluate outputs for logic, correctness, and overall quality
- Assess AI model performance for accuracy and quality
- Identify problems in responses and help improve model outputs
Requirements
- Expert-level biology knowledge (including cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods)
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Highly detail-oriented
Preferred
- A current, in-progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields
Compensation & Work Details
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Independent contract position
- Projects can be chosen; flexible schedule
- Hourly pay starting at $40+ USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal; no money is requested from applicants
