About the role
Role Overview
Alignerr is hiring a Python Developer (Hourly Contract) to support the review and evaluation of AI-generated backend code. Training support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and PEP 8 compliance
- Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts
- Provide clear, human-readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions
- Identify and flag edge cases and security vulnerabilities in AI-generated API logic
Requirements
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI
- 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python
- Exceptional written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Experience with data annotation
- Experience with RLHF or evaluation systems
