About the role

Role Overview

InsoCore is looking for a Backend Engineer to build and maintain the core infrastructure powering Aurius. You will design scalable systems and ensure the backend is reliable, performant, and secure as the platform grows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
Optimize system performance for scalability and reliability
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless experiences
Implement security best practices and data protection protocols
Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to maintain high uptime

Requirements

3+ years of backend development experience
Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or similar
Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API design
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
