About the role

Role Overview

InsoCore is hiring a Backend Engineer to help build and maintain the core infrastructure powering Aurius. You’ll design scalable backend systems and ensure the platform remains fast, reliable, and secure as it grows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services
Optimize system performance for scalability and reliability
Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Implement security best practices and data protection protocols
Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to maintain high uptime

Requirements

3+ years of backend development experience
Strong knowledge of Node.js, Python, or similar
Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API design
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
