About the role
Role Overview
As a Backend Developer, you’ll help build and refine AI systems by creating coding problems, developing functional applications, and analyzing/communicating results. The role is fully remote and flexible, with the ability to choose projects aligned to your interests.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve coding problems used to train and improve AI systems (with a focus on Android development when applicable).
- Write high-quality code snippets and provide clear explanations to support understanding and learning.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability, and give constructive feedback.
- Contribute to new coding challenges and datasets that improve AI learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with the team to refine AI models based on coding evaluations and user feedback.
- Participate in community discussions and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Native/bilingual English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Strong ability to communicate coding solutions and feedback in writing.
- Ability to assess AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Kotlin experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
- Prior experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer (preferred, not required).
