About the role

Role Overview

As a Backend Developer, you’ll help build and refine AI systems by creating coding problems, developing functional applications, and analyzing/communicating results. The role is fully remote and flexible, with the ability to choose projects aligned to your interests.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train and improve AI systems (with a focus on Android development when applicable).
Write high-quality code snippets and provide clear explanations to support understanding and learning.
Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability, and give constructive feedback.
Contribute to new coding challenges and datasets that improve AI learning capabilities.
Collaborate with the team to refine AI models based on coding evaluations and user feedback.
Participate in community discussions and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Native/bilingual English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Strong ability to communicate coding solutions and feedback in writing.
Ability to assess AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Kotlin experience.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
Prior experience as a Software Developer / Engineer / Programmer (preferred, not required).
