About the role

Backend Developer

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
Develop and operate microservices-based architectures
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, DevOps, product specialists)
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17 or later)
Strong experience with Spring Boot
Expertise in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Hibernate/JPA
Experience with SQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Proficiency with Git
Familiarity with Maven or Gradle
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
