About the role

Role Overview

Backend Developer to help advance AI development by designing, implementing, and reviewing code used to train AI models. The role is fully remote, with flexible scheduling and project selection.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Strong writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
Preferred: Kotlin experience.
Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer.

Compensation & Logistics

Fully remote work from: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand.
Paid hourly per project, starting at $50–$100+/hr (higher rates with strong performance).
Payment via PayPal.
